Activity :
- Performed an assessment of the trading activities of a large international bank, including the bank’s structured derivative transactions. The review examined the Policies & Procedures, Management Oversight and Controls Infrastructure.
Results :
- Our review resulted in numerous recommendations and all of the proposed changes were implemented by management.
