- We were requested to review the actions of commodity brokers related to a series of recommended trading strategies. The plaintiff case claimed that the broker recommended inappropriate trading strategies and used deceptive dealing, resulting in plaintiff’s significant losses.
Results:
- Our analysis and report documented that the broker recommended and implemented suboptimal trading strategies. Additionally, the broker provided poor trade execution enriching the broker at the plaintiff’s expense. Detailed trade analysis uncovered that the portfolio was “churned.”
