- Assisted plaintive attorneys in drafting RFPs (Request for Production of Documents) and deposition support for a large securities litigation against a number of bulge bracket investment banks focused on management oversight, internal controls and risk management activities.
- At issue were the investments banks’ knowledge and involvement in structured transactions that mislead investors and creditors.
